Shipping Policies
Alcohol Shipments
Due to laws on the shipment of alcohol, we can currently ONLY ship to the following states: CA, IL, MO, NM, WV, AK, WY, NV, ND, NH, TX and VA. We look forward to shipping to more states in the near future. Please feel free to join our newsletter to receive updates on when our wines become available in other states. Since we are working on contacting distributors and retailers in all states, we welcome your suggestions if you should have a local area store that you would like to see us in. Also, ask for us by name in a store near you. The Traditions Collection is using a grass roots distribution campaign, and in order for this to be a success, we need your help.
Proof of Age
ALL ALCOHOL DELIVERIES REQUIRE AN ADULT SIGNATURE OF A PERSON OVER THE AGE OF 21.
ALL LIGHTER DELIVERIES REQUIRE AN ADULT SIGNATURE OF A PERSON OVER THE AGE OF 18.
In placing an order for Alcohol and/or Lighters on this website you are representing to us that you are of the appropriate ages posted above. These are the minimum age required to order these items from this website, regardless of your particular state's laws. When the delivery arrives you will be required to show verification that you are of the posted legal age. We offer NO refunds for packages that cannot be delivered because valid identification cannot be supplied.
We cannot ship to any type of PO box when age verification is necessary.
If you have the choice to ship your package to a commercial business address please do so. This will save you money on shipping fees and increase the likelihood that there will be a person available to accept your shipment. Shipping fees are never refundable so please be sure there is someone there to accept the package. Normally, the carrier will attempt two deliveries and then return the package to us.
Wine Clubs
Shipments Schecdule
If your wine club has already began, then your first wine club shipment will be sent within 3 - 5 business days from the time the order is placed. Your following wine club shipments will be sent in accordance with the preset wine club shipment dates.
These shipment dates are as follows:
- Shipment one- December 2004\ January 2005
- Shipment two- April 2005
- Shipment three- August 2005
Please be sure to inform us if your mailing address has changed. We will be verifying your shipping address via email, prior to any wine club orders being shipped. This email requires your attention and a quick response, as it will be used to confirm that your shipping information is accurate. Shipping fees are not refundable. If there should be a change of address, you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to attempt delivery again.
Vintage Substitution
Occasionally, certain vintages or series may sell out or become unavailable. If this occurs in one of our wine clubs we will update our website and will substitute with a comparable vintage.
Refunds
No refunds are issued. If your package arrives damaged please keep everything available including the product, packaging and all tracking information. You must report the incident within 48 hours of shipment arrival. We will then instruct you on the next steps to take.
